Hey there! 👋 I'm Burak

Welcome to my personal space! I'm an Assistant Project Manager at ModSquad, where I lead a team of 20+ multilingual customer support specialists across various language queues for a major consumer SaaS client.

Beyond operations, I love automating processes for my team. I build tools with Google Apps Script, n8n, and the Claude API for shift planning, coaching sessions, performance reporting, and quality analysis. My focus is on simplifying repetitive work with an AI first mindset.

In my free time, I tinker with hardware prototyping (currently working on an ESP32 S3 based project) and practice Spanish.
